UMGC Professor - Data Analytics Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Professor to join our team in the Data Analytics program. As a professor, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students, helping them to develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their careers. About the Position
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Data Science or a related field from an accredited institution, as well as 3-5 years of professional experience in data analytics and data science. You should also have experience in teaching online courses, as well as industry certifications in ML, AI, and data science. As a professor, you will be responsible for creating engaging and interactive lesson plans, delivering lectures, and providing feedback to students. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in data science and analytics, and to incorporate these into your teaching.

Responsibilities and Requirements

Industry certifications in ML, AI, and data science are a plus. We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience, ranging from $1,023 to $1,288 per credit hour.
