Job Summary:

As a Senior Product Manager at Orbis Corporation, you will be responsible for developing and executing product line strategies in support of the Market segment strategy. You will champion new product solution growth projects to meet market/customer needs and manage new product line extensions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute product line strategies to drive business growth and market share.
2. Lead cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
3. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to understand customer needs and develop solutions.
4. Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to inform product development and marketing initiatives.
5. Develop and manage product line budgets, forecasts, and inventory plans.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or Engineering.
5+ years of experience in product management, product development, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams.
Strong business acumen, with ability to develop and execute business plans.
