Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Maintenance Programs: Create and execute maintenance plans to minimize downtime and maximize equipment productivity.
- Lead Maintenance Teams: Supervise and train a team of maintenance personnel to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
- Manage Maintenance Budgets: Develop and monitor maintenance budgets to ensure they are aligned with business objectives.
