Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Maintenance Programs: Create and execute maintenance plans to minimize downtime and maximize equipment productivity.
  • Lead Maintenance Teams: Supervise and train a team of maintenance personnel to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Manage Maintenance Budgets: Develop and monitor maintenance budgets to ensure they are aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in compliance with relevant safety and environmental regulations.
  • Identify Process Improvements: Analyze maintenance processes and identify opportunities for improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
  • 10+ Years of Maintenance Experience: Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in an industrial or construction environment.
  • Knowledge of Safety and Environmental Regulations: Familiarity with relevant safety and environmental regulations and the ability to implement related programs and controls.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage maintenance teams and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
