Job Summary

We're looking for a highly motivated individual to prepare a variety of freshly baked products, including yeast rolls, cakes, pies, and specialty desserts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality, freshness, and presentation in the bakery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Production:
    • Prepare hand-made yeast rolls, cakes, pies, and specialty desserts according to Golden Corral recipes and standards.
    • Ensure all products are fresh, tasty, visually appealing, and hot when appropriate.
    • Maintain proper portioning and recipe yields.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Follow the Bakery and Dessert Café Production Guide.
    • Maintain cleanliness, service, and quality standards at all times.
    • Comply with local health department laws.
  • Guest Service:
    • Provide friendly and courteous service to guests, assisting them with baked goods as needed.
    • Know and follow position responsibilities related to just-in-time delivery.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a bakery or food production environment.
  • Excellent culinary skills, particularly in bread-making and pastry preparation.
