Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Associate to join our team at Restaurant Associates. As an Event Catering Professional, you will be responsible for delivering and serving food at scheduled functions while ensuring the accurate execution of all events during your shift.

About the Role:

  • Deliver and serve food at scheduled functions under the supervision of the catering captain.
  • Maintain accurate records of food temperatures and inventory.
  • Arrange tables and decorations according to standards.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Clean event areas thoroughly after events are completed.
  • Returns food and beverages, serving equipment and utensils to the catering facility in a timely manner.
  • Distribute and collect customer comment cards for catered functions.
  • Stocks, cleans and maintains catering facility and equipment.

About You:

  • Valid driver's license may be required; must possess or able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit where required by state law.
