Job Responsibilities

The Finance Operations Specialist will:

  • Oversee the credit hold policy, evaluating customer account statuses, payments, and collections.
  • Communicate effectively with Marketing Associates regarding customer accounts and manage escalated collection cases.
  • Conduct regular reviews of customer files to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with audit standards.
  • Provide recommendations for managing bad debts.
  • Facilitate account setups by gathering and analyzing financial data from credit applicants to assess risk and creditworthiness.
  • Review, analyze, and make decisions on customer credit applications.

Support the Credit Manager and finance department in meeting both internal and external customer expectations while aligning with company objectives.
