About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting products, building relationships with customers, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
  • Store Operations: Assist with store opening and closing procedures, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and contribute to a positive and inclusive store culture.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
  • Physical Abilities: Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks, lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion, and tint paint consistent with customer color requests.
  • Availability: Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Driver's License: Have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • Education: Have at least a High School diploma or GED.
  • Experience: Have at least one (1) year experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
  • Language Skills: Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language, preferably Spanish.
