About the Role:

As a Senior Agricultural Lender at Farm Credit Northwest Florida, you will play a key role in providing financial solutions to our members in the Florida panhandle. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional who is passionate about building long-term relationships with our members and teammates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective lending strategies to meet the needs of our members.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our members and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Economics, or Finance.
  • 8+ years of experience in related lending experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in English and bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
