About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Elevator Worker to join our team at ADM in Rensselaer, IN. As an Elevator Worker, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to grain handling and elevator maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dump and load railcars and trucks
  • Operate a grain dryer
  • Assist with grain handling
  • Perform general housekeeping duties
  • Conduct general maintenance as needed
Requirements:
  • Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero injury culture
  • High school education or equivalent preferred
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Exhibit regular and prompt attendance
  • Able to meet physical requirements of the position
  • Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed
