Maintenance and Repair Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance and Repair Specialist to join our team at Barkan Management Company.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, with a proven track record of success in managing maintenance teams and implementing preventative maintenance programs.
We offer a competitive salary of $100,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure that all facilities are well-maintained and meet safety standards.
- Manage a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that facilities meet the needs of the organization and its clients.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in facilities management, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of maintenance staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
