As a Senior Model Risk Governance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our financial models. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading independent model validations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Reviewing and testing data inputs and outputs to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Making recommendations for improvements to our financial models and governance processes
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement model risk management policies and procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Master's degree in finance, economics, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quantitative modeling and risk management
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Python, MATLAB, and SQL
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Benefits
