We are seeking a skilled Psychiatric LPN/LVN to join our team for a 13-week assignment, with the potential to extend.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional care to patients in a 50-bed acute detox and residential treatment center serving the adult population.
- Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals, including therapists and administrators, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account the unique needs and circumstances of each patient.
- Conduct thorough assessments, gather data, and make informed decisions to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care.
Requirements:
- Current PA RN license
- At least 2 years of experience in acute psych and substance abuse settings
- BLS certification
