About the Job

Fusion Medical Staffing-Radiology is seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join their team for a 13-week travel assignment in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Job Summary
  • Provide high-quality patient care as a Radiology Technologist in a fast-paced medical environment.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow.
  • Operate and maintain medical equipment, including imaging devices and diagnostic tools.
  • Develop and implement effective patient care plans, taking into account individual needs and medical histories.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Conduct diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs.
  • Develop and implement patient education programs to promote health and wellness.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Radiology Technologist.
  • Current licensure and certification in Radiology Technology.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced medical environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and move patients as needed.
