Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Division Director of Crisis Residential Services to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration and supervision of our adult crisis residential programs.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall administration and supervision of our adult crisis residential programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
- Supervise Directors, Supervisors, and direct care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Represent the organization in the community, building relationships with stakeholders and promoting our services.
- Develop and implement programs to meet organizational goals and objectives, utilizing evidence-based practices in crisis response.
- Monitor statistical information to measure outcomes and performance, making data-driven decisions to improve program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve organizational objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve program design and delivery.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as social work, psychology, or counseling.
- At least 5 years of experience in mental health, with 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Clinical license required.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $85,000 to $90,000 per annum.
