Key Responsibilities- Act as a liaison between clinical staff and administrative personnel, facilitating collaboration and efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategic growth initiatives in partnership with physicians and leadership, aligning with financial and operational objectives.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet the demands of patient care, including involvement in recruitment and training processes.
- Supervise billing and collections to maintain financial health of the practice.
- Oversee the daily management of practice operations, including patient services, policy adherence, and staff development.
- Manage employee relations, focusing on performance evaluation, satisfaction, and conflict resolution.
- Monitor compliance with budgets, regulations, contracts, and vendor relationships.
- Evaluate and coordinate the quality of patient care services in collaboration with healthcare providers and staff.
Education:
- A high school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of two years of relevant experience, including at least one year in a leadership role, or four years of applicable experience with one year in a leadership capacity.
- Previous management experience is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change.
- Strong leadership capabilities and critical thinking skills.
- Experience in primary care or women's health settings is beneficial.
- Clinical background (e.g., RN, LPN) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with clinical back-office operations is desirable.
