Qualifications:

A high school diploma or GED is required. Candidates must be capable of meeting physical demands, including standing, twisting, walking, grasping, pushing, pulling, and lifting or carrying up to 50 lbs. A minimum of one year of experience in janitorial services is preferred. A valid state driver's license is also required.

Work Environment:

The role involves ensuring cleanliness in standard offices, laboratories, and classrooms. Duties are primarily performed in an office setting, which may involve sitting at a desk or computer workstation. The position may require interaction with others, frequent interruptions, and managing noise from conversations or office equipment.

Physical Requirements:

The incumbent will regularly walk both short and long distances, use hands and fingers for daily tasks, reach with hands and arms, and must be able to hear and understand conversations both over the phone and in person. The ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds is essential.
