About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Behavioral Health team at Mass General Brigham.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional patient care, prioritizing individual needs and promoting positive outcomes
  • Participate in interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory standards
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in behavioral health nursing or a related field
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Affinity for working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing situations, and prioritizing multiple tasks
