Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will work directly with clients delivering high-quality, intensive ABA interventions under the supervision of our experienced Behavior Analysts (BCBA).

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver 1:1 Direct ABA Treatment: Provide individualized ABA interventions to clients to increase skills, decrease problem behaviors, and strengthen behavioral supports.
  • Collaborate with Supervising BCBA and Team Members: Work closely with our BCBA and other team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and achieve treatment goals.
  • Support Parent and Caregiver Training: Assist in training parents and caregivers as directed by the BCBA to ensure seamless treatment implementation.
  • Collect and Document Client Data: Gather and record client data to monitor progress and inform treatment decisions.
  • Communicate with Parents and Supervisors: Regularly communicate with parents, supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective treatment planning and implementation.
  • Provide Services in Various Settings: Deliver services to clients in home, school, or other settings as agreed and necessary.

Requirements
  • Certification as Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): Highly preferred.
  • Experience Working with Children: At least 1-2 years of experience working with children.
  • Experience with ABA: At least 1 year of experience with ABA.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Related Field: Preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
