Position Summary:
The Field Sales Consultant will be responsible for promoting and selling the services provided by Accutrex Products to both existing and prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develops and nurtures a network of contacts to discover new sales opportunities.
• Engages with clients and prospects to assess their service requirements; recommends appropriate solutions to fulfill those needs.
• Showcases the features and benefits of products or services to clients based on their specific requirements.
• Ensures client satisfaction through continuous communication and relationship management; addresses any challenges that may occur after the sale.
• Keeps in touch with current and former clients, informing them about new services and improvements that may be relevant.
• Maintains comprehensive records of sales activities, including calls, orders, sales, lost opportunities, and any issues related to customer or vendor relationships.
• Performs additional tasks as needed.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing sales is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Proven sales and negotiation capabilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Supervisory Role:
• No direct supervisory responsibilities.
Education and Experience Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, business, or a related discipline OR
• A minimum of five years of relevant experience is required.
Physical Demands:
• Extended periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as necessary.
• Willingness to travel as required.
