Senior Civil Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of project planning, design, and execution, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Lead and manage a team of engineers and technical staff in the planning, design, and implementation of civil engineering projects.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Apply expert knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices to solve complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering project management, with a focus on stormwater management, drainage, and hydrology.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale civil engineering projects from inception to completion.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of engineers and technical staff.
  • Strong technical skills in civil engineering, with a deep understanding of stormwater management, drainage, and hydrology principles and practices.
