The ProMedica Nurse Residency Program is a comprehensive program designed to bridge the gap between nursing school and independent nursing practice. Our program is tailored to provide newly graduated nurses with the skills and confidence needed to succeed in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Program Highlights- Guided learning and mentorship from experienced nurses
- Focus on critical thinking skills, patient safety, and quality care
- Continued support throughout the first year of practice

- Must be an RN graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Must obtain full RN license in the state where hired
