Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
- Lead and manage a team of nursing staff, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure their success.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring effective use of resources and achieving financial goals.
- Master's degree in nursing or related field.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressively more responsible experience in nursing, including at least 2 years of management experience.
