About the Role
  • Project Management: Lead and manage civil engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards are met.
  • Design and Analysis: Conduct engineering analysis, prepare construction documents, and ensure compliance with environmental, zoning, and safety requirements.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Navigate local, state, and federal regulations to secure approvals and ensure compliance.
  • Client Interaction: Establish strong client relationships through effective communication, project updates, and addressing client concerns.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet project objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) License: Must hold a valid Professional Engineer license in the state of New Jersey or be able to obtain it within 6 months of hire.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of civil engineering experience, preferably in site development, land planning, or transportation projects.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant engineering software.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey complex technical information effectively.
