Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomy Technician to join our team. As a Phlebotomy Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our Donor Center by providing exceptional customer service and conducting pre-donation medical screenings.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct pre-donation medical screenings for donors
  • Interact with donors to ensure their needs are met
  • Assess donor suitability and engage in setup procedures
  • Provide feedback to ineligible donor candidates
  • Verify completeness of donor screening information
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule

Estimated salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
