Multimodality Radiographer

Job Summary:

Henry Ford Health System is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team in Macomb Township. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of radiographic procedures, including CT and general X-Ray scanning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Position patients and select anatomic and technical parameters accurately.
- Implement radiation protection and safety standards.
- Prepare, perform, and assist the physician in special and advanced procedures.
- Prepare and administer contrast media and medications within the accepted scope of practice and applicable state and federal regulations.

Requirements:

- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- One or more of the following required: Cardiographic Tech credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) or Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
