Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Riverwoods, IL.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated professional to provide oversight to all areas of programming, including training of direct support professionals and development of behavior plans/treatment plans for consumers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and oversee programming, including training of direct support professionals and DSP trainers.
  • Develop and implement behavior plans/treatment plans for consumers, focusing on teaching and antecedent strategies for reducing problematic behavior.
  • Provide ongoing support and supervision to associate behavior analysts and Direct Support Professionals (DSP) as it relates to the implementation and documentation associated with Behavior Support Plans.
Requirements
  • Active ILBCBA license and a minimum of two years experience in a behavior-based field.
  • Active BACB BCBA certification and a Master's Degree in Special Education or Human Services Related Field.
