We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Engineering Intern to join our team at Sargent & Lundy. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects related to electrical power engineering, including design, specification, and procurement of electrical power equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the preparation of engineering calculations, specifications, and designs.
- Work on project reporting, tracking, and evaluating project activities, progress, and associated data.
- Be involved in power designs and the preparation of specifications for the procurement of major electrical power equipment and related installation services.
- Expected graduation date in Spring 2025, Fall 2025, Spring 2026, or Fall 2026.
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE or MSEE) from an ABET Engineering Accreditation Commission-approved program.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Self-Starter, proactive, able to work independently with minimal direction.
