About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at EmpowerMe Wellness. As a PTA, you will work with residents of a senior living community, providing physical therapy and wellness services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities
  • Provide physical therapy and wellness services to older adults, promoting optimal functional well-being and satisfaction.
  • Maintain professional practices and ethical standards, adhering to company-wide policies and clinical initiatives.
  • Contribute to program development, quality improvement, and problem-solving, ensuring the highest level of care for our residents.
  • Collaborate with the therapy team to optimize each patient's functional well-being and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
  • Current PTA state licensure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a dash of critical thinking.
  • Tech-savvy skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
