We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a KFC Team Member at KFC South Bay. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing our world-famous food, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers with a smile, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and cook food to our high standards, ensuring that every customer receives a hot and fresh meal.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Work collaboratively with your team to achieve our restaurant goals and objectives.
- Follow our procedures for operating restaurant equipment, including fryers, ovens, and other kitchen appliances.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and carry up to 30 feet.
- Ability to stand and walk for a majority of your shift.
- Ability to follow our cash handling safety and security procedures.
- Knowledge of and compliance with our restaurant's Human Resources policies and processes.
