Job Summary:The ICU Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care to critically ill patients, including those with life-threatening conditions. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction and outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs, preferences, and goals.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, including heart rate, blood pressure, and respiratory rate.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Perform various medical procedures, including inserting IVs and catheters.
- Document patient care and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
- Active RN license in the United States.
- At least 18 months of recent experience in an Acute Care ICU setting.
- BLS and ACLS certification.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
