Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Daily Rounds: Assess patients' nutritional status and identify areas for improvement.
  • Evaluate and Assess: Develop and implement personalized nutritional care plans to meet patients' unique needs.
  • Chart and Document: Accurately record patients' progress and treatment plans in their medical records.
  • Collaborate with Team: Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or a related field.
  • Licensure: Licensed Dietitian within 6 months of employment or within 7 months of obtaining RD status.
  • Certification: Registered Dietitian within 6 months of employment.
  • Experience: Completion of an approved internship or equivalent in therapeutic dietetics.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional Affiliations: Member of professional dietetic associations at a local and/or national level.
  • Experience: Minimum one (1) year experience in dietetics.
Work Environment

This is a part-time position, working 20 hours/week, job sharing with a current part-time dietitian.
