The YMCA of the Suncoast is seeking an Aquatic Supervisor to oversee the supervision and safety of participants during recreational, fitness, and instructional swimming activities. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to relate to individuals of all ages and backgrounds.

In addition to providing direct supervision, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring facility cleanliness and equipment care. A minimum salary of $14.00 per hour is offered, with opportunities for advancement based on performance. The location of the position is at the John Geigle Branch of the YMCA of the Suncoast.
