  • Meet and exceed sales targets by selling vehicles and financial services to customers

  • Maintain a strong CRM to track repeat business and referrals

Requirements:
  • Previous auto sales experience is not required, but inside or outside sales experience in any industry is a plus
  • Strong record of positive customer service required
  • Professional appearance, verbal and written communication, strong negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Outgoing personality with expertise in developing relationships
  • Ability to ask for the sale and follow through
  • Team-oriented individual
  • Resume must be uploaded
  • Valid US driver's license and good driving record
  • Pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, and drug screening
