As a Medical Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients, collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, and ensuring quality care delivery.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and adaptability skills and be able to perform the following duties:
- Monitoring patients' vital signs and telemetry readings, identifying changes in their health status, and responding promptly.
- Administering medications, performing procedures, and providing patient education to promote recovery and self-care management.
- Current RN license
- BLS (Other Certifications as required by facility)
- Two years of recent Medical Surgical / Telemetry RN experience
