Job Overview:Our dedicated nurses provide compassionate and comprehensive care to patients seeking mental health support. As a Clinic Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and recovery of individuals. You will work closely with our team of psychiatrists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide a collaborative approach to treatment.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver personalized nursing care, prioritizing the needs and well-being of clients in every interaction.
- Execute physician's orders, ensuring coordinated healthcare services and promoting a seamless patient experience.
- Carry out essential nursing responsibilities, including accurate temperature and blood pressure measurements.
- Engage in detailed interviews with clients and their families to understand their medical background and medication history.
- Maintain and update patient documentation, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Monitor and manage medical administration records (MARs) and handle medication prescribing authorities (PA's) proficiently.
- Serve as a valuable resource for nursing and medical inquiries, offering guidance and expertise to colleagues, clients, and their families.
- Current RN (Registered Nurse) license in Missouri
- Current LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license in Missouri
