We are currently seeking a Full-Time Counter Salesperson to join our team.

Work Schedule: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday; 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM on select Saturdays.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Ensure a safe and organized environment within the store at all times;
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by efficiently managing customer orders;
  • Maintain store presentation and merchandising as directed;
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, both on the phone and in person;
  • Thrive in a fast-paced wholesale and retail setting;
  • Effectively communicate with colleagues verbally and in writing;
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and work well within a diverse team;
  • Adhere to performance standards set for counter personnel;
  • Utilize resources effectively and efficiently;
  • Build and nurture relationships with customers, colleagues, and support staff;
  • Take responsibility for achieving personal and store performance goals;
  • Maintain high standards of customer service to foster positive experiences;
  • Encourage customer loyalty through exceptional service;
  • Leverage marketing tools and training programs to enhance sales and market presence;
  • Utilize computerized systems for inventory management, invoicing, and customer service;
  • Provide high-quality customer service consistently;
  • Possess a working knowledge of automotive systems;
  • Learn to perform various shop functions as required;
  • Conduct physical inventories and manage stock levels;
  • Assist in stocking shelves and fulfilling customer orders;
QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Maintain a clean driving record;
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly during shifts;
  • Exhibit a professional demeanor and deliver excellent customer service;
  • Present a clean and neat appearance while adhering to company uniform standards;
