About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Part-time Nabisco Merchandiser to join our team in North Wales, PA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for merchandising Nabisco products in local stores, ensuring optimal visibility and availability on store shelves. Key responsibilities include representing Mondelēz International in front of in-store employees, collaborating with sales representatives to optimize product placement, and carrying out in-store visits according to company guidelines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent Mondelēz International in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Nabisco products on store shelves.
  • Carry out in-store visits according to company DSD Merchandising Steps.
  • Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit) are well represented, stocked, and maintained through implementation of company guidelines.
  • Communicate any issues with management team and ensure Sales Representative's negotiated plans with store managers are being followed.
  • Follow daily schedule set by merchandising manager to ensure efficient in-store service.

What You Will Need:
  • Be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance.
  • Possess a positive and professional attitude, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).
  • Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
  • Live within 25 miles range from primary location: North Wales, PA; Secondary location: Lansdale, PA.
  • Schedule availability required: 3-4 days per week, one weekend day needed.
