As a critical care registered nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with patients in a hospital setting, providing them with an array of services and applying your knowledge and skills in accordance with accepted standards of clinical practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with patients in a hospital setting and provide them with an array of services
- Apply knowledge and skills in accordance with accepted standards of clinical practice to facilitate problem resolution and achieve individualized patient goals and outcomes
- Maintain the highest standards of professional conduct
- Deliver care in a manner that protects and preserves the patient's dignity, rights, values, beliefs, privacy, and autonomy
Requirements:
- You must have a valid State nursing license or a license from a compact state
- At least 2 years of nursing experience in your specialty
- Ability to cope with the emotional needs of patients and their families
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Respecting the patient's privacy and maintaining confidentiality
- Current TB skin test
- You must be able to satisfy employee screening results (background check, drug testing, motor vehicle report, licensure verification, abuse registry, OIG excluded individuals)
- 2 letters of recommendation, resume & immunization records
- 2 References
- Pass a routine physical (Depending on accepted facility)
