Job Title: ADHD Specialist

Collegium Pharmaceutical, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced ADHD Specialist to join our team. As an ADHD Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing territory-specific sales strategies and plans to drive utilization within your defined geography.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve territory sales goals and targets on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Apply resources effectively to drive business opportunities, track impact, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Analyze market trends and dynamics to understand local business needs and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and execute territory business plans and call plans aligned with meeting territory and national objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on local and national payer access environments and identify opportunities for pull-through in your local market.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of disease state, treatment approaches, competition, and our product to serve as a valued resource to our customers.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to remove barriers to access and drive business growth.
  • Participate in industry meetings, conventions, and exhibits to build relationships and strong awareness of our brand and company.
  • Leverage selling models to build a call continuum over time with logical and sequential steps to gain commitment to action from customers.
  • Take ownership of challenges and resolve problems to build solutions that consider implications on the customer and the larger organization.
  • Set high goals for personal and group accomplishment, using measurement methods to monitor progress toward goals, and tenaciously work to meet or exceed goals while deriving satisfaction from that achievement and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
  • 4-year bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university required. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
  • 3 years of pharmaceutical sales or equivalent life sciences sales experience required.
  • 2 years of specialty sales experience preferred; Neuroscience, psychiatry experience preferred; ADHD/Pediatric psychiatry experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong account-based selling skills.
  • Working knowledge of strategies and tactics to pull-through local formulary wins.
  • Understanding of prior authorization process and experience partnering with key healthcare providers and office personnel on manufacturer-sponsored market access support programs.
  • Experience in launching new products.
  • Demonstrated success in prior sales roles.
  • Have a valid driver's license and be insurable.
