About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tower Climbing and Installation Expert to join our team at ADB Companies Inc. As a key member of our wireless infrastructure team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing communication towers and wireless network systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain wireless network systems, including antennas, RRUs, and other equipment
  • Climb and work on communication towers, ensuring safety and efficiency
  • Troubleshoot and repair fiber, power, and RF issues using specialized equipment
  • Assist in the training and development of junior technicians
  • Perform tower maintenance and repairs under close supervision
  • Operate hand tools and mechanical equipment safely and effectively
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in the wireless technologies field
  • RF Awareness Training preferred
  • Ability to climb tall structures (100 feet or more) with 50 lb. load
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
