About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishwasher at Polly Pies. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our food preparation and serving areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sort and rinse dirty dishes, pots, pans, and other cooking equipment and place them in racks to send through the dish machine.
  • Maintain clean dishwater at all times, ensuring that all utensils and equipment are sanitized and ready for use.
  • Wash pots, pans, and trays by hand, using a gentle touch to prevent damage and ensure thorough cleaning.
  • Remove trash and garbage to the designated dumpster, keeping our kitchen area clean and free of clutter.
  • Set up or break down the dishwashing area as needed, ensuring that all equipment is properly stored and secured.
  • Fully empty and refill soak tubs with cleaning and sanitizing solutions, following established protocols to maintain a safe and healthy environment.

Requirements:
