KEY DETAILS OF THIS MECHANICAL POSITION
WORK SCHEDULE:
Standard working hours are from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with variations based on workload. Overtime may be available, including occasional short shifts on Saturdays from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This entry-level role involves delivering high-quality installations, repairs, maintenance, and modifications for various winter machinery and vehicles. Responsibilities include working on snowplows, salt spreaders, flatbed truck bodies, trailer hitches, and more. Safety and precision are paramount as you engage with machinery, hydraulic systems, and emergency lighting.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficient in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical snow equipment
- Familiarity with brands such as Fisher or Western
- Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to provide basic tools and meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting heavy items, walking, pushing, and standing for extended periods
While 2 years of experience is preferred, we are open to hiring entry-level candidates who demonstrate the right attitude and eagerness to learn.
