About the Role

The City Of Gardner is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Municipal Court Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our court operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of cases, while providing exceptional support to the Municipal Judge, Prosecutor, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate court operations, including case processing, record-keeping, and data entry.
  • Provide administrative support to the Municipal Judge, Prosecutor, and other court staff, including preparing court documents, scheduling hearings, and coordinating with law enforcement agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with state laws, court policies, and procedures, while maintaining confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Develop and implement effective systems and processes to improve court efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments and agencies to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of three years of experience in a municipal court or related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
