Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team As a Restaurant Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of pizza makers and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality pizzas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate MOD values and behaviors, and exemplify a service mindset through effective leadership.
  • Create a Positive Vibe: Help create a MOD vibe that our customers expect, and coach your team to keep the energy high and create a positive vibe on the shift.
  • Train and Coach: Demonstrate, train, and coach your team in all methods for accomplishing store tasks, and ensure they have the knowledge and skills to succeed.
  • Operational Excellence: Demonstrate knowledge of all Operational Standards and resources, and partner with the General Manager to engage the board community of our restaurant.

Requirements

  • Leadership Experience: Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership experience.
  • Coaching and Training: Experience successfully leading, coaching, training, and motivating front-line employees.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and act tactically.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to stay calm and focused in busy restaurant operations, and communicate effectively with team members and customers.
