Overview:
We are a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) offering an array of services to meet the needs of the communities we serve.
Our services include Medical Care, Dental Care, Behavioral Health, Pharmacy Services, Patient Transportation, Mobile Medical, and Outreach Services.
We operate nine sites and are committed to improving quality of life by providing patient-centered affordable and accessible health care in partnership with communities we serve.
Requirements:
- South Carolina license to practice medicine.
- Current certification by an appropriate American Specialty Board or board eligible and in process to become board certified within 12 months of hire.
- Completion of an approved residency program in internal medicine.
- Experience with Patient Centered Medical Home model preferred.
- Graduate of an accredited medical school with a degree of Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy.
- Completion of an approved residency program in internal medicine, family practice, or pediatrics.
