Key Responsibilities:
- Direct all engineering functions within the organization, ensuring quality assurance and quality control of deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining adherence to timelines and budgetary constraints.
- Foster relationships with clients and expand business opportunities by nurturing existing partnerships and developing new ones.
- Supervise a team of engineers, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
- Participate in the recruitment process for new engineering talent across various experience levels.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Power Systems specialization preferred) or equivalent technical experience.
- Professional Engineering License is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the electrical power sector, with hands-on field experience considered an asset.
- At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role with direct reports.
- Proven ability to oversee engineering projects and teams effectively.
- Familiarity with the design and specification of low, medium, and high voltage systems, including inspection and testing in utility and industrial contexts.
- Knowledge of protective relaying, control systems, SCADA, and related applications.
- Experience with utility software such as ASPEN, SKM, EasyPower, or ETAP.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.

Work Environment:
The role involves both office-based tasks and fieldwork, requiring strong communication skills to interact with clients and produce clear technical documentation.
