Job Summary

The Maintenance Technician performs critical maintenance, repairs, and overhauls of equipment and related systems to ensure optimal facility operations. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and overhauls of equipment and related systems to ensure optimal facility operations.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of equipment and systems to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve equipment-related issues and ensure seamless facility operations.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment performance data.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in maintenance and repair to ensure the highest level of facility performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as mechanical engineering or industrial technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in maintenance and repair, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems, including troubleshooting and repair techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in priorities.
Working Conditions
  • Work in a manufacturing or industrial setting with frequent exposure to noise, dust, and other environmental hazards.
  • Occasional work in high or precarious places, with exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, and other environmental conditions.
  • Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required by company policies and procedures.
