We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Residential Support Specialist to join our team at Sonida Senior Living Inc. in Kansas City, MO.

Compensation: Estimated annual salary range: $45,000 - $65,000

About the Role:

The Residential Support Specialist will serve as a key member of our sales and marketing team, providing exceptional support to residents, families, and staff members. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the Sales Director or Executive Director with touring, including weekends and evenings as needed.
  • Conduct weekly email or telephone outreach to leads and prospects, as assigned by the Sales Director or Executive Director.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director and Activities Director to implement the Care Connect program, welcoming and supporting new residents and families.
  • Assist with marketing, outreach, and public events.
  • Maintain accurate calendars and prioritize meetings with leadership and administrative assistants.
  • Lead processing and administration of leads and prospects.
  • Ensure timely processing of billing documents and other business-related tasks.
  • Update Yardi records for leads and clients.
  • Schedule regular functional team meetings, maintain agendas, and track action items.
  • Establish positive relationships with potential residents and their families.
  • Provide exceptional move-in and move-out experiences that exceed resident and family expectations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role within a business environment.
  • Proven customer service experience within a healthcare or senior housing setting.
  • Proficiency in computer technology and ability to learn new software efficiently.
  • MS Office expertise, particularly in MS Outlook.
  • Presentation creation using PowerPoint preferred.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, focusing on grammar and document flow.
