We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at OSTechnical. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and supporting network upgrades in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This is a 6-month on-site contract position that requires strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network and system issues

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement network upgrades and improvements

• Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure support and maintenance

• Proficiency in Windows, Active Directory, and Office 365

• Strong knowledge of PowerShell and scripting

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work in a clean room environment

• Microsoft, Azure, or Cisco certifications are a plus
