- Assist physicians with patient care, including taking vital signs, preparing patients for exams, and administering medications.
- Work closely with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient clinic operations.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Completion of Medical Assisting training or courses.
- Medical Assistant Certification (CMA or RMA) required.
- BCLS certification within 90 days of hire.
- 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant in a primary care setting.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
